In order to determine the documents needed for notarial activities, please contact the office.

fees

For performing notarial activities, a notary is entitled to remuneration determined on the basis of an agreement with the parties to the activity, not higher than the maximum notarial fee rates applicable to a given activity.

The Notary Office of Rafał Duszkiewicz is located in a historic tenement house at 4 Stefana Batorego Street, in the very center of Krakow.

The office is located on the first floor of the tenement house, room number 4.

The office is attractively located near the most important administrative, business and cultural institutions of the City of Krakow, as well as convenient access from every part of the city and other towns in the Krakow agglomeration.

Rafał Duszkiewicz

I graduated with honors from law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
I have been associated with a notary since 2011, when I started working in a notary office in Krakow. I completed a notarial apprenticeship organized by the Notary Chamber in Krakow, which ended with a positive notarial exam.

Before becoming a notary, I served as a deputy notary in two notary offices in Krakow for over 5 years.

I was appointed as a notary in January 2020 after receiving a positive opinion from the Council of the Notary Chamber in Krakow.

I have completed numerous courses and training. I keep up to date with the changing legal status. I supported Notary Open Days, during which I provided free legal assistance.

The office provides a full range of notarial activities.

Notary Public Rafał Duszkiewicz ensures the security of transactions, ensures the proper protection of the interests of the parties, while ensuring maximum confidentiality of the transferred data.
